Things you need to know

  • Please brush your teeth before coming to your appointment. You will not be able to brush your teeth twelve hours after a tooth gem is placed.

  • Please refer to the “Care Info” Section for aftercare of your smile adornments! We have a two week guarantee for all Gemini Tooth Gemz Products! If something pops off or breaks within two weeks of your appointment, we will replace your products free of charge.

  • 50 dollar NONREFUNDABLE deposit for tooth gem appointment and an 100 dollar NONREFUNDABLE deposit for any other service is due upon booking. This deposit is credited to your appointment. This ensures a safety net for us in case of cancellations. These deposits last 28 days. If you don’t rebook with us within 28 days, your deposit refund is forfeited.

  • With that being said, if you are feeling ill, please let us know as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. If you are displaying signs of illness in our office, we will ask you to leave with forfeiture of your deposit.

  • You cannot bring your own gems. We have an amazing, high quality variety to choose from, and we offer custom ordering. 

  • We are highly trained on sanitization practices. We ask you to not touch your teeth when you are in our chair to maintain these sanitary conditions.

  • We have the right to refuse service. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
